March 2017 Wholeness Hangout
As many of you know, in 2015 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent a bilateral mastectomy. If you followed my journey on CaringBridge, you also know that, for the most part, this was not the horrible, terrible experience many of us have come to expect from a cancer diagnosis.

While our topic was ostensibly finding wellbeing in the face of cancer, the conversation ranged widely and touched on relationships, letting go (without needing to do the letting go), and not needing to insulate ourselves from our experiences. About Wendi Saggese
It is my life’s work to help myself and others experience a beautiful state of mind, regardless of circumstances. I suffered from depression before I was a teen and began seeking to understand the human condition at the age of 15, with my mom, whose favorite saying was, “Seek ye first the kingdom within.” This led us to various teachings, workshops, seminars, and meditation practices. I mentored in the Option method, fire walked and worked for Tony Robbins, obtained a master certification with NLP’s co-founder John Grinder, and lived at Byron Katie’s center for The Work, co-writing her first certification manual.
I’ve come to realize these modalities were pieces of a larger puzzle that really began to make sense when I stumbled into Sydney Banks’ Three Principles. With time and dedication I came to understand that the inner peace I’ve been longing for my entire life has been inside all along—in the quiet of a thoughtless state of mind.
I have studied and mentored with the Three Principles for four years, and my life continues to get better as my understanding grows. I enjoy a wonderful relationship with my husband and two sons thanks in part to The Principles. When I am not spending time with my family, I’m meeting with clients, teaching classes about the inner workings of the human psyche, and launching webinars for viewers all over the globe. Last year I had the honor of speaking at two of the largest Three Principles conferences in the world in London and Los Angeles. I’m currently living with stage 4 breast cancer and I am happier and more peaceful than I have ever been.

Resources for Deeper Insight into the Three Principles
The first book listed is a wonderful introduction to the Three Principles. It is followed by books written by Sydney Banks, whose awakening was the basis for The Three Principles. After Syd’s books, you’ll find a selection of books by his students.
