How to Respond to Irrational Fear with Grace

We all experience irrational fear from time to time. The wonderful thing is that realizing that the fear is irrational is our ticket to freedom. As soon as we really get that we are living in the feeling of our fearful thinking in the moment, our experience will automatically move toward awareness of our default state of wellbeing. This shift in awareness may be instantaneous, or it may take some time, but it will always happen when we let it.
