What Makes Coaching “Work” When It Works?

Coaching can be a powerful context for personal and organizational transformation. What makes coaching “work” when it works? What’s missing when it doesn’t? What’s the difference between “transformational coaching” and other modalities or traditions?

These are some of the questions I’ll be exploring with my guest, Wyn Morgan, during the November 2015 Wholeness Hangout.

Wyn Morgan has been coaching and training people from all walWyn Morgan Transformational Coachks of life in five continents for the past 16 years from his home in the UK. He works with large international organizations to train and develop their people to improve their performance at work as well as with private individuals to help them live a life they love. He has coached Hollywood actors, singer-songwriters, CEOs, students, housewives, and entrepreneurs. The results his clients enjoy are life-changing.

Four years ago, Wyn stumbled across the true understanding of what’s going on in our human experience; which has transformed his own life as well of those he works with.

More information about his coaching work can be found at www.lifecoach-directory.org.uk/lifecoaches/wyn-morganand he can be contacted at wyn@wynning.co.uk
