Analytical thinking, resilience, world peace!

Wholeness Hangout MandalaIn this episode I visit with Judith Sedgeman, a mental health educator and Three Principles Practitioner. Judy’s passion for more than three decades has been awakening creativity, resiliency, and well-being in people through the understanding of the Principles of Mind, Thought and Consciousness, which are the foundations of our experience of Innate Health.

I’ve followed Judy’s work for a couple of years. I find her writing about the Three Principles to be insightful and practical. I expected to explore with her how an understanding of these principles can effect increased wellbeing, resiliency, and creativity. As it turned out, our conversation began with the potential for world peace and just got better!

She is still an Adjunct Professor at WVU, teaching two graduate courses online, both focused on resiliency and mental well-being, as well as a Continuing Education course about Resiliency through WVU Extended Learning. Her passion is service to others focused on eliminating stress and accessing wisdom and resiliency.
